They are friendly and professional but seems disorganized. I called last week and was told I could get heating oil is a week to week and a half. Called yesterday and was told they are 3 weeks out. Didn't care for that answer and being pushed back especially when I was running low so I called BFS Petroleum Company. They told me it would be 2 days at max. I just got my tank filled up in under 24hrs!!! Oakland Oil & Propane just lost a customer! I enjoy my fast service especially when it's freezing out.
