Now even worse than ever for fitting. A few months ago three to four months now anything from 8 months. Staff clueless and extra charges.

Ordered a carpet to be fitted next week the price of the carpet is no problem because that is the agreed price, the price of fitting is 65.00 and delivery is 29.99 we then offered to collect the carpet to keep down the cost of delivery but was refused as the fitter has to deliver the carpet else it won’t be fitted. Bearing in mind the distance from Nuneaton to my place is minimum of 5 miles its hardly 5 in fuel. So in fact it’s not 65 for fitting it’s 94.99 - fuel, this is a real bad case of trade description don’t you??

Very unhappy with the service today. We ordered a carpet a few weeks ago. We were led to believe we would be contacted to confirm a delivery time prior to the delivery date. This did not happen hence I called twice at 9 am and 938 am to confirm and left two messages. I ended up driving to the store to confirm and was dealt with in quite an abrupt manner with no way of an apology or even acknowlegement of the inconvenience. Then to add to issues the fitter asked for 36 when he finished which both my wife and I had been under the impression was included in the cost. We did have a call from the store manager after this confusion but more to tell us he could have no way got this wrong and my wife and I were definitely both mistaken. A shoddy service (except for the carpet fitters who were pleasant and efficient) and will not be keen to use them again unfortunately.
