Way overpriced, and no customer service, they've tried to make it a fast food place but for the money you're paying it doesn't work. They're trying to be edgy and cool and making it into something it isn't. For the money, go to a proper sit down restaurant and get a full meal with proper service.

Best burger I had in Norwich. Highly recommend it. Prices are a bit higher than in other fast-food restaurants. However, it's worth the money.
Well, the food is great, loved every bit of it. The staff and customer service is very good. The place is very clean. The only question that I have is: why is the food so pricey? I will come back alright, but not very often because of the price.
The food is really delicious & it’s good to know that everything is cooked freshly every time. I do think think that it is quite overpriced for what it is and for where it is (Norwich)... 1 cheese burger, 1 burger without a bun, 1 portion of chips & 3 soft drinks came to 31 Although the food tastes good, I’m not sure it’s THAT good.
