Dreadful. customer care, the broker was not interested, I asked them to call me and explain the over 100% Increase. The broker kept saying index linked index linked, Why would I be interested in this? You have spent more money on a fancy office reception than getting a decent quote. I will take my business elsewhere. Do not use this company they are taking you for granted

I decided to take a few days to think about which to choose, and received an e.mail recommending the cheapest quote. Having spoken to Leah to check the options I purchased the cheaper policy which saved me 40.00 on my renewal quote with another broker.

It is certain Terms and Clauses within the Insurers' and the Legal Expenses Protection provider's paperwork, that always serve to irritate. That is why I have awarded 4 stars. Whilst this is a Review on a Broker, the service is inextricably linked with the Policies recommended.
