Ordered trim from this firm and charged 9.99 for delivery. Chased them up when it hadn't arrived 4 days later and was told it was actually out of stock. I agreed to take an alternative product as I had a deadline to meet on the work but again it didn't turn up when promised so I cancelled the order.
