I was to attend a cpc course on 10/09/19 I was outside the building but I didn't read the e-mail and so I was late and was not allowed to take the course. I rang up as soon as I could to explain. Luckily I was able to get on another course. I mailed lgv training and was told that as I was late it was classed as not turning up as was refused a refund of any kind. Is this fair as the course continued without me.
