I've been to this place a few times, and while the food is delicious (if a little expensive for what is essentially glorified fast food), the staff are really pretty rude. Their greetings are cold and unfriendly, and it really feels as though you're a burden. I don't get this impression when I see them dealing with Japanese customers. (for context, I've lived in Japan for more than a year, and while my Japanese isn't good, I at least can order from a menu - not even a problem here, as tablets mean staff-customer interaction is very very small) A few nights ago, at the end of a really busy, stressful day, I swung by here for dinner. All the while, the waitresses stared at the back of my head, as if I were some kind of freak-show (コロナのパースペックスにあなたの反射が見えた) and grumpily handed me my meal and receipt.. It was far from a busy evening in the restaurant, and this area both has a pretty big foreign population, and usually sees a lot of tourists too, so honestly, this was just rude. If you can't even let people eat a meal in peace, why are you in this job? There are better, cheaper places around Nonoichi to get 定食, would not recommend AT ALL.

Great and clean Restaurant. Nice experience.
Apparently this place is known for its vinegar dishes and they do a great job at them. Even if you're not the adventurous type, this restaurant is worth checking out.
野々市の大戸屋は初来店！ お昼時ということもあり、前に3組ほど待ち。 コロナ対策ということで、使えない席を作り密を回避したり、6人ほどのテーブルを2人で使わせてもらったりと対策バッチリ！ メニューはタッチパネル方式。 最近健康を気にしていたのですが、 メニューにカロリーと塩分表記が ご飯は白米と五穀米から選択可能。 追加料理で、ひじき五穀米にしたのですが、 ふりかけを混ぜた感じ？で美味しかった！ 大盛りにしたのですが400gくらいありました！笑 小鉢などサブメニューも充実。 お子様連れ、年配の方も多く、 いろんな世代が楽しめる店だった。 最後食べきれなくて、 ご飯とおかず持ち帰りの容器まで用意していただけました 持ち帰りの醤油や冷凍食品まで販売されており、チェーン店の強みも感じた またウーバーイーツ対応店で、範囲内に住んでいる方が羨ましい
友達と入店。客数はかなり少ない状態。 自分の頼んだメニューが30分たっても来ず、友達はすでに完食。後に来た客たちにはメニューが全て行き渡っている。店員に声をかけたところ30秒くらいで出てきた。その際、お待たせしましたの言葉すらなし。さらに出汁が染みているはずの品に、味がついていなかった。怒鳴りたくなるのを抑えて退店。人の時間や対価という言葉が欠落したサービスであり、気分を非常に害した為この評価とした。
