Losing our pet was truly awful, but Nigel at peaceful paws was so professional. I felt assured that our cat was in good hands and he really cared. I was really touched by the flowers and cards I received and it made the entire process that little but easier to deal with. I'm just really thankful that on top of grief I'm feeling I had as pleasant experience as one could have when saying goodbye to something you love with all your heart. If you ever unfortunately have to say goodbye to your pet I would recommend taking them here x

The whole experience has been the best thing anyone can ask for to see off your furry friend. He was my first pet to pass so I really didn't have much idea what to expect, but the whole process was super pleasant and Nigel was very understanding and professional throughout. I have to say I was very surprised but in every good way possible. From the scenic pond you arrive to see, the time you have to say good bye to your little friend, and the wonderful little card and flowers, everything was just perfect. Thank you for providing this amazing service and this business will be the one thing I miss when I move from this area.
5 stars for Peaceful Paws. What a dignified and respectful place. Nigel was amazing during a very difficult time. Thank you
Absolutely amazing service from such considerate and caring people. Losing a pet is very hard but they made the process of cremation so special. We were provided with paw prints, piece of hair, personalised card, Beautiful verse with flower seeds and the ashes. I was speechless when I went to pick these up. I have an autistic daughter and her animals are her life and Nigel made this process so personal and relevant. Thank you so much and we will return in the future.
I cannot recommend Peaceful paws enough they were exceptional from the phone call, to leaving Dolly in the next morning and then later that day collecting her ashes. (Same day service) Liz gave us time to think about what we wanted to put her ashes in and went through all the different options. Liz recommended the white pebble to put some of ashes in so that I could carry her around and take her anywhere. Over the past 8 weeks I have found this to be a comfort. When we went to collect her ashes I only expected to receive her ashes in the memory box and get the white pebble stone but they went beyond that, they gave us a cutting of her hair, they scanned her foot, gave us fresh flowers, a packet of forget me not seeds to plant with a poem on the outside and a beautiful card. They went above and beyond what we had imagined and what we thought they would do so much that when I went to collect Dolly I was lost for words. Thanks Liz and Nigel for everything x
