The doctor's and nurses in this surgery have always been amazing and kind towards me. I've never been with a surgery quite like it, perhaps Narrowcliff Surgery can take some advice from you guys in compassion and kindness, and not keeping you hanging to get things done! :)

you're all so gullible

If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would. 25th sep 2020 I called and arranged a call back form the doctor which I never got. I called back Monday to ask why and try to get another call back and told we're fully booked so called back Tues morning and after 168 attempts finally managed to get through only to be met by the most arrogant over sensitive receptionist I've ever encountered. I tried to ask why I didn't get my call back on Friday and all she did was talk over me and accuse me of being arrogant and awkward. I was about to ask for the practise manager to complain about her attitude but she hung up on me. I look forward to meeting her in the doctors and complaining face to face!!!!

Excellent Doctors surgery. Reception staff always polite & helpful and the Doctors are exceptional. Nurses are lovely. Can't fault it Have got friends to change to this practice when their doctors don't seem to be on point, and they too have never looked back. If you are lucky enough to get in as a patient, do it. You certainly won't regret it!!

On holiday and needed an appointment after calling 111. Seen really quickly at their late afternoon walk-in surgery. Really impressive and I wish my own GP had that flexibility and service.
