EDIT: I received a call from Andrew about my review. he did NOT, luckily, ask me to edit my review. He did, offer to comp a free trip out on the water. Unfortunately I live in Miami so this isn’t super viable, however I appreciated him reaching out, offering a service-type refund, and apologizing for the issue. I imagine we were the only ones this has happened to. I’ve thus changed my review to 4 stars from 3. Had a good experience with the actual parasailing. However, as we checked in, we thought it would be a fun idea (and not outrageously priced) to purchase the 35 photo package. The guys on the boat did a great job taking pictures of the other groups that went up before us, and we assumed that would be the same for us. As we were getting off the boat and he began passing out the SD cards of photos to each group, he mentioned he had to check ours out on the laptop quickly. The laptop wouldn't read the SD card. I've tried many data recovery options but haven't been able to recover any data from it. We took no photos since we assumed (and paid for) photos to be taken for us, and now we have nothing to show for it. We were refunded the 35 but frankly, that wasn't enough. 6/10, will likely not attempt this again for this issue.

Was not prepared for the thrill that this was. I wish they had a slot open so I could do it again the same day!
Can't say enough great things about this crew! They make sure your having the best time and the vibe was awesome. They recognize your comfort level and keep safety a priority. Definitely will be back again soon!!
A lot of fun, nice crew, perfect ride. Good view and relaxing. Only not giving 5 because of how short it is, should be 10 mins longer as a 10 min ride can fly by what feels like instantly. But still had fun thank you.
