Bluebird Care have delivered outstanding care to my grandmother over the past few years and deal with her needs with kindness and compassion. The office team are always there to help and communicate effectively. The carers are a credit to the company and I would highly recommend this care provider to those that need it.

This Company have been outstanding from start to finish. Care started for my Mum when she needed just a little help each week and progressed into live-in care support. The staff listen and support you on a journey which I do not think any of us are prepared for. They are very skilled at what the do, are responsive and so kind (they looked after me too with the ups and downs of Mum's condition), their use of technology is brilliant at helping with good communication. In my opinion there is no better Care Company in the area. Well done Bluebirds!
I can't praise Bluebird enough for their care of my Mum (and keeping an eye on my Dad too!). It has been such a relief during COVID to know that they are being looked after and checked on during the course of the day. Bluebird also supports me by keeping me informed if they have any worries or concerns, especially given COVID I went from seeing my parents every week to not being able to visit them until just recently. Being in their late 90's my parents are adamant that they want to stay in their own home and being 2hrs away from me, Bluebird has provided the means to make that happen. The carers are so kind and considerate and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Also, Bluebird gives me the ability to change the care package as my parents' needs change, thereby keeping them safe, looked after and happy. Bluebird provides an amazing level of care and I would like to thank all of the staff for the brilliant job they do.
