We have a beautiful composite door from Warmseal. Unfortunately a rubber gasket along the bottom of the door was tearing. A very pleasant young man called out today and not only replaced the gasket he rehung the door to stop it happening again. Very impressed.

5m Origin Bifold doors were fitted. No pushy salesmen involved. I couldn't make the installation date with just a day's notice they were fine with this and rescheduled. I was also happy that they only take payment once finished and you are happy. Fitting was perfect and they did a really good job. However, there were a few scratches on one pane, so they took no payment and replaced the glass with no fuss. This failed again and again they just took it away and replaced it, and a third time it had a faint scratch on the inside! Of course, better QC would have found this, but the glass is supplied by another company and I'd suggest they try elsewhere for their glass. With the bifold doors we noticed a tiny scratch on one door, on inspecting, and they touched it up, but we weren't entirely happy so they offered a new frame for this door or money off. I suspect you shouldn't believe the other older reviews now, that were dated prior to the takeover after they went into administration as it seems this new ownership really wants to put customer care and quality first. I'd buy with confidence again. Note, it was just the doors installed in the photo, not the building. thanks.

We had work undertaken in January. The weather was kind to us and we were lucky with that. Luck didn't take any part in choosing this company though. We had a good meeting with the representative who carefully took our requirements and turned it into an acceptable quotation. A few weeks later the two lads turned up on the Monday and put in five full days to completion. Another fitter came back the following week to replace a windowsill which they had found unacceptable. We are very pleased with the workmanship as well as the quality of the windows and doors. We would recommend Warmseal unhesitatingly. It's been a pleasure to deal with them.

Absolutely appalling service. The rep showed up wearing a suit to put up the appearance of a gentlemen, but was far from one. Within the first minute of seeing the conservatory area, he was asked whether he might be able to construct it around the manhole cover that was in the area, to which he said that we should just get the manhole cover moved. Upon suggesting to him that I felt it might be costly to do that, he decides to throw a childlike tantrum, asking me how much I thought it might cost multiple times, after which he decides to call me “arrogant”…..just because I felt like something might have been expensive, instead of giving me an idea of how much it could have actually cost so that I could make a decision. I told him that I had called him for a quote and not an argument, which is what he had turned it into. He further adds that he is “giving his time to me for free”……because yes, every other company expects you to just buy the conservatory upfront without them ever coming out to provide you with a quote or actually assess the area....... The rep appears to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, his behaviour was extremely rude and on the side of disgusting and I would avoid this company at all costs.

No high pressure sales and Warmseal were willing to listen to all our requests, discuss options and offer excellent advice! Our new windows look fantastic and have changed the whole look of our house as well as creating a much warmer environment! The guys who installed our windows were true professionals, courteous and helpful and incredibly efficient! The product is excellent and I would highly recommend warmseal to anyone! I can’t express our gratitude enough for such a wonderful product at such an amazing price! We thank you!
