I have used Birdhouse Properties previously so had no hesitation in using them again recently. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend them highly enough. To those who say you can’t run a business successfully from your family home, Derek and Catherine prove you very wrong. The personal service and knowledge of GP is none short of exceptional. They answer every question and query immediately and offer support and guidance throughout the process, whether buying, selling or renting. Thank you Derek and Catherine for running your business the way you do. You two are exceptional and can’t recommend you enough.

We recently sold our property using Birdhouse Properties, we received a great service from start to finish. They conducted all the viewings and once a buyer was secured, updated us of progress and coordinated with ourselves and the buyer to ensure a smooth process. Would recommend.

I recently sold my house with Birdhouse. Derek was really good when completing the initial valuation, and I loved the fact I could just stay out of the house during viewings and Derek would take care of it. They know the housing market very well, and that shows. Catherine at Birdhouse was fantastic. No matter when I messaged her with questions etc she would reply, any day of the week. I didn’t want to go with an Estate agent that was closed on the weekend when most potential buyers would be off work, so this was a key benefit for me. Great price for a fantastic service. If I ever sold another house I wouldn’t hesitate to use Birdhouse again.
