I have a product mini saw 500w that has had a fault and we bought on line. my nearest store to exchange is in Sainsbury's in Throckley, so I have phoned for a replacement the person I spoke to was helpful and polite and has ordered my replacement to be picked up at a time convenient. well done Barry Hickman you have my thanks keep up the good work.

Had a great experience using this Argos. Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. The entire range of products I was choosing between were all in stock and inexpensive. I got all the extra info I needed when I was in there. Then once I'd picked, payment was a doddle on the little machine and then it was ready for me to collect within seconds. Genuine service with a smile. Beats other Argos stores I've used so I'll be using this one again. Also it's so handy with it being inside Sainsbury's and there's loads of free parking too.
