Just excellent. Just had my final pint here before it's locked down as part of daft and pointless government regulations designed to punish the hospitality sector. O'Hares is a haven in beautiful Newcastle. The ultimate resting place after a trek in the Mournes. They serve great pints and excellent pub food. On a Saturday there's typically a big wedding with a big merry chubby bride and lots of happy people. O'Hares represents what's good about life. Friends, getting together, having a laugh and a few pints. Visit when you're allowed. And enjoy life.

It was great to bring our dog into a pub (finally!) and food and drinks were lovely. Also cool decorations and pleasant crowd. Hope to come back some day.
