Staff including the manager, very unprofessional and impatient...not communicated the issues to eachother, issues solved with many requests and unpleasant vibes. Tenant for over 2 years, therefore very aware of my review.

I have just finished a 18 month tenancy with Whitegates and they have been completely wonderful. When we had maintenance problems a workman was organised immediately- every time I have needed to contact them for anything they have been kind and helpful and professional. I have rented with Martin & Co, William H Brown, privately... Whitegates are the best by a long shot. Brilliant letting agent.
