Disappointed visit to the Newark store. 2 young assistants could have helped more to help find a specific book even though it said it was in stock. Told me to use the click and collect as this service is free ( one said) My response was that's ok but I dont live near. They just carried on talking amongst themselves. Left without purchasing other things I intended to buy.

Much better now extended. Goods offers on toys, books and much more. Lots to see like craft items, paints, all sorts of things to do especially for kids.
Nice selection of arts and crafts all at fair prices.
Nice and big now and there prices are not to bad.
Great range of items and very friendly staff.
