The doctor and assistant were very informative, warm, and loving. Truly a blessing considering the circumstances and in the comfort in my own home, being able to say our sincere goodbyes until we meet again. She left my life but will never leave my heart always & forever Love you my Jayden Girl 01/05/2005 - 12/30/19

My cat of 12 suddenly and unexpectedly passed a way. I ask my husband to find a place to cremate her. He finds this place, calls, they immediately take his credit card info, and tell him they’ll be picking up between 3pm-5pm. He gets no further information. At 4 pm he calls and they tell him they are 20 minutes away. Over an hour goes by and no one answers the phone or calls back. He goes to the office and it was closed and the number they had, as you would probably assume, yeah they didn’t answer. Finally someone called him back and they said that after they got off the initial phone call they were told that they weren’t able to be on Staten Island UNTIL THE MORNING. However no one called us at all to tell us that, even when they told us they were 20 minutes away???After going through such a heavy loss this was the topping on the cake. Definitely do no recommend at all. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

RUN!!!!!!!! They don't provide veterinary care. Once they get all your information, they say they can only euthanize due to COVID-19. I spoke with Eli. If they can come to the home to kill, they can come to save. Unless they don't know how to do that. False advertising. A scam. I would stay away from their partners too. I hope Karma goes to town with these vultures.

For 14 1/2 years, Gus was our faithful companion. He was a doofy lab/newf mix who couldn't swim, but loved tug-of-war. He loved his family and was never totally content unless we were all home. He was sweet-natured, fun loving, obedient. Really, he was as close as it came to being our third child - our eternal toddler. When cancer finally won, Dr. Josel came to our house. She took the time to carefully explain what she was doing and what would happen. She was patient, gentle, respectful, and caring beyond anything we could have hoped for - exactly what our big guy deserved. I highly recommend Instavet when \the time\ comes - and for everything up to that point. Thank you so much, Dr. Josel
