I just want to share my shopping experience with all of you about this place. It was a bad experience and I am still very disappointed when talking about my shed. If I can give a negative number for this review, I will do it. I was looking to buy a shed and I found this place received a good review from Google, so I went there. The guy who worked there was a nice guy, but he lacked of knowledge and experience in handling order. I went to look for an A Frame style shed with a dome in the middle. When I sat down to make my order, I mentioned to him a few times that I wanted the dome so it matched to my house. I also pointed a picture in the catalog to him, that I wanted the same one, where they had a dome on an A frame style. It was my mistake to trust him and not fully review the contract. The contract only mentioned the A frame style. He also lied to me about the price. He told me that he would charge me 8 by 12 price for the 8 by 14 shed because it was on sale. I discovered this later, but it was too late to go back. The problem with that, this place never gave you a chart of price for each style and size like other places. I just want to warn you about this place. It is a scam. If you can find a different place for building your custom shed - go for it. Don’t go there because you might end up be a victim like me. Found this place as I would drive between Route 300 and heading to five corners. I stopped in a few times to look around and do recon and was met by Kevin. He was very helpful though I wasn't buying at the time. Got the information I needed and remembered that. When it was time to buy I returned and asked for Kevin. He helped me get sorted out and even fielded a few after purchase calls as I really tried to lock down what I needed. When it came to the delivery, I really had no idea what that would look like. The gentleman were polite and profession and the machine they user was fun to watch as it wheeled in the shed. I was impressed. They wheeled it in and made so to get it exactly where I wanted it. Good service all around!

My in laws have a set they purchased over 20 years ago from this company and my children are still able to play on it. So despite looking many other places, My husband and I purchased a swing set from the New Windsor location. We were greeted and helped by John. Not only was the experience and customer service superb but the quality of the sets are better than anywhere else we have looked. We highly recommend this company for any of your backyard needs as we intend on using this company for ours.

My family and I heard of you through a mailer We went in with an idea of what we wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He brought clarity to what would actually work for my daughter. He made the process very easy. My daughter was even a little thirsty after taking the sets for a test and the team hooked her up with a bottle of water. True service and care. Update: It is worth it to have it delivered and installed. The installers were on time and extremely professional. They worked cleanly and efficiently. They confirmed where we wanted the set and made it look amazing! Can't thank them enough.
