I'm so disappointed. I used to order multiple times and even though there's some mistakes over the time and with orders we did, this time was the worst. I work in customer services over 15 years and they made me experience the worst one. First, order came late - whatever, that happens a lot and I don't blame for it, but when we finally got it, omg We ordered NO LAMB, it came with Lamb and without any sauces. For first time in forever, I actually bother to call and complain. I received rude and laughing at me customer service. Asking me to eat the order, because they are busy. Trying to convince me, that the don't do only chicken. When I ordered planty of times before without a problem. They convincing me that the put the sauce, which magically was missing. They I was told I'm going to speak with the manager in a sec and when I said I'm more than happy and want to speak to him - he vanished into tin air, suddenly \went out\ Plus as bonus, we got a larger lady hair in our salad which was full of onion 99% and 1% of lettuce I was trying to explain to this \customer service\ representative what he will do if I deliver something, he didn't order and I ask him to eat it for the night. I still got laughing explaining how he do understand the confusion. I'm so frustrated, it's not the first time. Once we got a missing coke. Then we order with the lamb(normal) and we received a lamb with 5 pieces of chicken. Another time again sauces were missing or there was no fries and I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but that was it. I'm done! PS FOR THE \RESTAURANT\ NEXT TIME, DO NOT BETTER BOTHER TO REPLY TO A COMMENT, APPLYING THAT IS FAKE Shame on yourself

Second time ordered. First time not too bad food nice nothing special but came on time. This time some order, parts of order never came so gave them the benefit of doubt. Called up quite rude on phone to us as missed a huge part of order! Finally came as we ate huge hair in food like a ladies hair! So we are a no no with this place. Theres no point in complaining they don't care so we wont order again. I'm not one to complain! I'm all for local business but they really dont care and did not care to speak to me on the phone
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING!!!! HOWEVER EWELL ROAD AND KINGSTON BRANCHES ARE VERY NICE SHAME THAT THEY HAVE A 3RD BRANCH WHITCH LACKS OF QUALLITY COMPARED TO THEIR OTHER SHOPS
They had a good service before, but now when we called to complain we received arrogant and rude customer service. WHAT A LIE IS YOUR COMMENT!!! Phone service was horrible experience, as I can see another customers complain about it! OMG
