Best raclett I have ever had best dinner of my life.

It is strange to constantly promote foie gras in a mountainous area with traditional fondue and raclette. Foie gras is also ethically questionable as the production of the pathologically enlarged fatty liver involves the helpless birds being force-fed; by having metal pipes inserted into their throats.
