Beware that After Sales Support is 0/10 We purchased a grandfather clock from Andrew Wilson in March 2017 and he delivered and set it up in our home with a 12 month guarantee. Not long after the clock kept stopping always at ten to the hour. Contacted AW who had the cheek to suggest that I had wound the clock backwards!! How rude, and then said he wouldn't come out to look at it but that we had to dismantle it and take it to him, some 3 hour round trip. So much for the guarantee period. My after sales dealings with AW were very disappointing so I have had a local clock repairer look at the clock and he has found that the movement is a complete and utter mess. He has repaired one problem and then there is another problem so in the end we have got another movement for the clock and it is now working perfectly well. I would never recommend buying from AW as he has does not fulfil his 12 month guarantee and it appears that the movement has been cobbled together from different clocks!!!

Called to see clocks, a man came out said they were closed, no explanation, found him rude would not call again his loss!
