Recently transferred from another My Dentist the care and quality of work cannot be compared. The dentist and hygienist both gave exceptional care. Both introduced themselves and explained exactly what treatment they would be providing at the time and what would be required on a subsequent visit. Would highly recommend. Maybe appointments cannot run strictly to time but that is not the fault of the staff they are unable to predict if a previous patient runs late or needs longer treatment than originally allocated. Please be considerate to the staff they to have feelings.

Good dental practice but hygienist costs are extortionate - how can this be justified? Years ago the dentist used to perform this activity integrated within the NHS cost. 10 or even 20 for hygienist costs are barely acceptable but 45 for cleaning teeth isn’t fair ️

An absolutely abysmal dentist. I always try for the earliest morning appointment and always end up waiting at least 15 minutes. Last visit was 9.40am. the appointment before me was 9.35am for the same dentist. You can't do anything in 5 minutes! They've also booked me in once for a 9.20am Friday appointment and I was told, on arrival that there was no appointment showing and that my dentist does not work on a Friday. Their SMS notification system does not notify about cancellations nor does their booking system show cancelled appointments; so they look at you as if you've made a mistake. (Always keep your appointment slip). They've wasted so much of my time in no more that four visits - there's always a delay for some reason - and I'm only one patient with low frequency visits. They seriously need to take a good look at their booking processes and Systems. I'd award zero star rating but it won't let me.

Today I had an abcessed tooth extracted. The care and skill of Susanne Stockton and her dental nurse was exceptional. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The receptionists Gemma and Chelsea are welcoming and efficient and the whole experience was calm and professional Thank you
