I would recommend it. Easy to get to by car (at least from A94). Waiting time is neglibile compared to the other places. Personnel is willing to help and attentive. Sometimes you need to wait, but still there might not be a way around, so it is okay. Just plan your visit accordingly.

I've been seeing Dr. Cindik for weeks, and she's been so supportive, professional and attentive. I would very highly recommend Dr. Cindik.

I had a terrible experience visiting this center. 1) I had to clarify many MANY times that I do not speak German, and still had trouble seeing English speaking specialists. One time a German-only speaking specialist brought in my appointment a random employee from the reception to translate the conversation about my health!!! They also never had me fill in the questionnaire about symptoms that they give to the rest of the patients, because they do not have it translated in English. If you don't speak German STAY AWAY!! 2) I seeked psychiatric help in their practice and was NEVER seen by an actual psychiatrist, only by a psychologists (I already do therapy with my own psychologist) and social workers. 3) Most of the times, people who would see me were completely unaware of my history (already submitted to their system by their colleagues). I felt like zero effort was put into my case. If they have too much work, they should turn people away, not waste their time from getting proper support. 4) the final straw for me was an appointment (WHICH THEY COULD NOT FIND IN THEIR SYSTEM, I had to present them with their written note!) where I was seen by a social worker (when I was supposed to be seen by a psychiatrist, again!!!) This social worker was particularly dismissive, impatient and patronising. My impression is that they have a standard practice of considering their patients to lie in order to get benefits!!! I never felt heard and they never bothered to provide me with any psychiatric care other than give me sick leaves and probably pray the symptoms would go away by the next time I would be seen by their staff. Outrageous practices by completely unqualified people. I would never recommend.
