I am constantly looking for new places in and around Munich - and this is exactly what I was looking for. The owner (and bartender) is a warm-hearted and open minded host who’s more than happy to welcome you at his place. After spending 5 years in muc I just found this place and it was definitely not my last visit!

Best Spanish/ Basque food I have tried in Munich. Dont come back without trying their Pintxos. And a side tip: I couldn't find Sangria in the menu but they serve it and it was great

Itxaso means ocean, apparently, but I would describe it as heaven. Food was amazing - best croquetas I’ve eaten in a long time - and the drinks were fantastic. The two waiters were friendly and chatty, and we had a great time overall. If you love tapas then give this place a shot because damn was it all good.
