I had actually bought my Durango from another big name dealership but wound up taking it to Lynch for service as they were much friendlier. A few years later, I wound up trading my Durango in on a Grand Cherokee. I’ve had the Grand just over a year now, I’ve put 40,000 miles on it and I love driving it every day. I saw a 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman on your website and we decided to come and look at it and test drive it. From the start our buying experience was a top-notch and an enjoyable experience. Allan Pascutti was exceptionally helpful throughout the process of buying the Tradesman. He also suggested driving a Ram 1500 Express. I am glad he suggested this, I liked the running boards that were on the Express so much that I had them add them to Tradesman! I dropped off the Tradesman on Wednesday morning to get the environmental package and running boards done and was given a Big Horn to use until I picked up the Tradesman at 8:30 AM on Christmas Eve day. The service department manager remembered who I was and had everything completed and the truck was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Talk about service experience to remember! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this store. The first experience was excellent and is what brought me back a second time. I was originally looking in the used market when I entered the building. With the help of Jeremy I was able to located the exact vehicle I was looking for, new. Jeremy worked with me on price, and my indecisiveness on new versus used, and newer 2020 models. Through the entire experience I was never offered a different vehicle than I was looking for or \a vehicle I could afford\ as other dealers had done. On top of that, we had set up a delivery date for Friday. I was able to get off work Thursday and Jeremy came in to make it happen. Even after coming in on his off day, he went through every button and feature that the truck had to offer and was extremely thorough in everything.
