Easy to schedule, shoulder MRI was done quickly and in a much more comfortable machine than I have been in, in the past.

The tech mentioned I would listen to music during MRI but music wasn't functioning. He mentioned he would be checking in with me and didn't until I talked to him..front desk receptionist was not nice. Has an attitude and seemed really snappy. Totally prefer Swedish Radia way better customer service.
