New porch and garage window replaced this morning. A team of 3 young men arrived and worked hard all morning. The lads worked without a break, left me a lovely porch which looks good and we're very happy. Finally they cleaned up after themselves and left a lovely clean job. Very pleased with Window Tec. Can't praise this great local company enough. We required a new door panel, lock and handle to secure a loved ones house after a traumatic event. Recommended by my dad, Trevor Air I gave Window-Tech a call. Apologies I'm rubbish with names but a lovely lady answered and organised someone to come out to us. Within 20 minutes we had someone (again sorry about names!) at the flat to help us change the lock, to get it secure for the night. They explained early on that due to Covid, production of panels etc has slowed. However they went out of their way to source a panel for us and it was fitted by 9am the next day! You took a lot of stress out of an already difficult situation for us so thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Window-Tech have done a great job fitting our new windows, and we are especially impressed with our bow window, which threw up some problems, but nothing was too much trouble for the lads who bent over backwards to make sure the job was done right and well. A huge thank you to Jamie and the lads for being such a friendly, professional, tidy and skilled team. We have already recommended to a few friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
