Thank you to the lovely doctor I saw today at York Bridge surgery. You were thorough, patient and very caring. The reception staff and the the two gentleman who took my call and directed me to an appointment were all very professional. I don't often visit the doctor and didn't want to waste anyone's time but I was made to feel that I wasn't a burden. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting trying to get an appointment I had a 45 minute wait for someone to pick up the call. I am not a frequent user of the GP services and this is not an improvement on what I experienced a few years ago. I will keep my phone by my side to make sure I pick up when the Doctor calls on Friday I have a full week to wait, fingers crossed this will be better. I will keep you posted.

The doctors during covid have rang back on estimated time.. I do not like having to share my intimate details of my condition to the reception. I would like to be able to discuss this directly with the doctor..... recently changed there number without knowing. Again the nhs staff are under alot of stress during covid so is totally understandable. My doctor is sometimes hard to get hold off, but I am always called back by another doctor the same day.... I'm new to the area and it can be confusing of which medical practice I should be calling.. but in all a good doctor's.
