First and Foremost they have terrible customer service. I came to this dealership looking to buy a new car for myself. I scheduled to test drive the car later on that day and was very excited to do so. The car was a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and had just arrived on the lot. When I arrived to my appointment no one had greeted us. There was a woman a few feet away who looked up but did not care to speak to us. My mom and I stood in the lobby for a few minutes trying to find someone to speak to. Finally, a man asked if we needed help, he asked who our appointment was with and turns out the lady who I was supposed to meet with was the same one who did not want to speak. It was just a terrible experience especially since I was very excited to be getting my second car. The car I was looking at was not priced at the time either, although they promised a price by the time I got there. It just truly was not a good experience nor was it welcoming. It's funny because I had the cash to buy the car but after experiencing all of that I did not even want to give them my money. I ended up going to a different dealership and left with a 2019 Elantra!

I was very happy with the dealership. I met my parents there to look at 2 different cars with them. The sales staff was great. No hassle, no pressure. They did purchase 1 of the cars and said the finance portion went just as smooth. I would definitely recommend checking them out if your shopping for a Lincoln.
