I have other stuff to do, I'd rather not wait around for their email to \decide\ whether or not to receive my emails. The employees there also have to focus on one person and not multiple, I had to wait to be helped, so can everyone else! Either retrain the employees properly, get more, or just hire new ones entirely.

I don't usually write reviews, but I think this has to be said. This store is amazing, I came in today trying to get my paperwork printed out and a package sent, the staff there was so helpful. All the staff members were really busy and immediately recognized my presence and was greeted. I was helped ASAP by John (sales associate) with my printing and he was awesome, and Cicely (the manager) shipped me out super fast (She was also really awesome). Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Cicely is spectacular, massively helpful, informative and kind. Major asset to the company. The store is welcoming, well maintained and patrons are pleasant.
