Excellent service. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Booking online was easy and as a bonus I was able to get an appointment just an hour and a half later. The staff greeted me in a very warm and friendly manner and the eye check and tests were conducted professionally, thoroughly and unrushed. The staff were very helpful when choosing frames and not at all pushy with only consideration to fit and style. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Walked into the store and we were greeted by very friendly staff. They were really helpful from the eye test to choosing glasses, not at all pushy but very honest and helpful on what did and didn't suit you, nothing was too much trouble. A very relaxed experience. We would highly recommend a visit to this store when you are next in need of an eye examination.

They are not interested in eye care. Only interested is selling poor quality glasses. Mine fell apart after only 6 weeks and the inefficient manager failed to return them for repair in a timely manner. Also, when presenting with an eye problem, manager stated that optician unable to provide help...again, they only want to sell glasses. Board outside shop advertises glasses for 39.....this is a joke and something Trading Standards should look into as the offer would only suit a small minority of customers. There are better opticians providing a full range of services in Monmouth and surrounding area.

Following an eye infection I urgently needed new lenses. Emma, the manager at Vision Express, Monmouth, couldn't have been more helpful. Only deducted a star because the less helpful service provided by the assistant I saw the day before. Ask for Emma!
