My father wants to money by check because his old number has been forgot that's why he was not able to use ATM So bank staff was saying why are you using check whenever you have ATM And I think we have a both option to get money so staff said to my father please talk with manager in this case But manager was very rude and unhelpful he used very bad and abusing words to my father So please help me in this case because am very disappointed from this type by SBI bank manager and am feeling very bad

Only one or two staff members are well mannered other wise people with bank accounts are treated like they are some kind of beggers. SBI need to work on its customer relation worst banking experience what you will get.
