We had an emergency at work where a customer was locked in a bathroom, and Alex came out literally within minutes to get the door open. Went there to get the key for my Scion tc cut. When I got home and tried the key it only turned the ignition after playing with the key. I went back to his store, he cut the same key again and its completely didnt work. He stated that it was the key I brought, its aftermarket and not correct. So he decided to try one of his key and we had the same problem. His customer service about the issue was bad.
