great customer service. needed a fix fast pete found the parts for my old unit and got them to me same day. very helpful kept me informed.
Meh. Pros: I got A part that worked (not the right part) and I have heat now. Cons: Store is cluttered and messy. They didnt have a matching part but I was handed an igniter for a different furnace and told to splice the plug from the old igniter onto this one and it \should\ fit. Currently my furnace is ghetto rigged with a part that didn't fit until the right part shows up from my Amazon order at half the price. I am pretty sure I am in violation of at least 1 code with the spliced igniter that doesnt fit quite right. Also: took more than 10 minutes to run a credit card. I cant wait until the right part arrives.
Outstanding. Friendly, honest, the best price. Bent over backwards to get my furnace going again. Would give them extra stars if I could.
Incredible customer service. Shurail was the only supplier (out of six) that I spoke with, that got me the part I needed. It is my understanding that they didn't have the part in stock, however, they called around to locate and get it. As far as I am concerned, if convenience and outstanding customer support are important to you, Shurail is the company that any professional or non-professional should be using.
