Purchased a ford mondeo estate from them was very easy and went out there way to do everything was very happy car did have a couple of very small issues that they wouldn’t of know off told them about it and was in with them the next working day fixed the problems and while it was in there they found out it had a recall on it and fixed that too I never would of known about the recall was so great full thank you ford beaver for all your help

Not good, purchased new Ford Eco Sport, after a short time Marks appeared all over the back. I took it back and was told buy the owner that I had put it through a car wash(not true) then I was told it was where I was parking the car (nonsense). Any way they had the car for a few hours and great the marks vanished, but 2 months on marks once again appearing in the same place not good advert.

My Ford Mondeo broke down as we arrived at our holiday destination. I needed a new fuel pump fitted it was an emergency to get it done as my wife is disabled and we had no other way of getting about. We are here for a week and the only day they would do it was a week later on the day we we’re leaving. Totally unhelpfull, you expect better service from a Ford garage.
