Our Experience has been really good so far and the only thing that annoyed me today is the attitude of this sales women Bridget. She needed to understand we will be spending alot of money with Barratts homes. I am in sales my self and people dont spend as much money but they get an excellent 5 star service. I won Best customer satisfaction award 2 years in a row, i know how to deal with people. It was the first time thats why I have given 4 stars and me or anyone else coming there to purchase their new home wouldnt expect an attitude from any sales person. I also would like to mention Georgie who has been our sales advisor has been amazing and made our experience of purchasing out new home AMAZING. Would highly recommend dealing with Georgie.
