My experience all started with 'dropping in' just to have a nosey. I hadn't yet started my dress shopping but I couldn't resist going in when I was out for a coffee in Middlewich with my mum. Helen left me to look through all the dresses and pull out any I liked. Helen gave me the time to try on dresses, make suggestions and play around with accessories. It was a really fun experience (You can really see that Helen has just as much fun as her brides!). The very first dress I pulled out I loved and tried on twice. Since that day, I went to many other shops trying on other dresses but nothing could compare, we had to go back! I tried on the original dress again and it was, without question the dress! Since I bought my dress, we unfortunately have had 2 weddings cancelled due to Covid. Helen has given me complete confidence and support this past year. My dress is in storage with her, and communication is easy, responsive and personal. I can't wait to book in my final fittings and for our summer wedding to go ahead (fingers crossed). Thank you Helen and the team for making everything feel special, even during this awful pandemic x

This is a long overdue review... Willow bridal was the 2nd shop I visited.. by far the best experience. Meg was amazing and kept me focused on finding my dream dress. Nothing was too much and I walked away with my dream dress, accessories and alterations. The boutique I had been recommended by a friend who said they were fabulous and they definitely met that expectation. Would definitely recommend.
