Our recent experience with Glass Shower Doors exceeded our expectations and was one of the best service experiences we've ever had. Deni was responsive to my email inquiry when our glass shower enclosure spontaneously exploded' and scheduled to complete the measurements the following morning. The whole thing was a bit of a nightmare, glass shattered and exploded all over my home office bathroom, and continued to rain down and crash on the stone tile floor for days! I was very concerned about getting this fixed, containing the mess, and managing the safety issue of having broken glass everywhere while trying to run a business. Deni was prompt, communicative, polite, and kept us informed at every step of the process. Most importantly, he took our repair job very seriously and seemed to make it a priority. He did the measurement on a Thursday and installed the new glass panel sooner than expected, on a Sunday morning. (One company said they were unable to come and do the measurements until Monday!) The work was reasonably priced, highly competently completed and neatly finished and cleaned up. The new glass looks great and working with Glass Shower Doors helped make this a very positive experience! I would use them again in an instant and highly recommend them!
The property manager in our building recommended this company. They completed 4 of our sliding patio door repairs in our 2nd floor condo and they did an excellent job. Everything from scheduling to dealing with the technicians was a pleasant experience. We hadn't opened one of our sliding glass doors in over 6 months - and now it works great!
