Sam, Tom, and the crew at Miami Water Sports hosted an incredible tour. They were extremely professional, had the best one liner jokes I've even heard on a tour, and showed us a great time! They even cut a coconut for us when we returned! They went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Parasailing was refreshing and so much fun! Came from cold NY in this time of year and this fun adventure full of sun, water and good energy was needed. The crew worked hard to make our experience smooth and safe. It wasn’t as scary as I pictured it, being 400 ft in the air is no joke, that’s almost like a 40 story building!!
RUINED MY VACATION. I spent the ENTIRE day apologizing to my bf for even booking with this company. Bought a Groupon and was exiled to a separate line and treated like I was cheap for buying it. Took every person who bought from their website first. The other line would fill and you’d think you were next and then someone else would show up, always taking them before you. I got told there were no reservations when I tried to book ahead via phone and then waited in line from 10am to 12pm to find out I couldn’t go until 4pm and was asked to leave and come back. Came back and the girl said she called me 3 times and sorry and she showed me the wrong phone number she called. Then was asked to wait another hour in line. Every time they said the boat was almost here it wasn’t. There’s no place to sit, no bathrooms, and every person pays an additional 32 for “fuel”... so expect to stand in the sun for 6 hours. Parking was 16 And we had to renew it twice. For a “family run business” definitely don’t expect them to care about your family. PS: “no refunds”
Beware this place is a scam!!! Their prices were the highest we found online so I called the Miami Watersports staff ahead of time to ask them if they match prices and they told me that they do. How can businesses be such right-out-liars? They will twist you around and make up stories to cover their lies. When I arrived the day of my reservation, the difference in price between Miami Watersports and the other company was about 150. So guess how much money Miami Watersports reduced from their total price.... 4.00. When I asked how them this could be, they started making up different stories and excuses about fuel charge and equipment. I called the other company right in front of them to prove to them that their price also didn't include fuel and was exactly comparable to Miami Watersports. But they didn't want to hear any of that of course and just shook their head and said sorry but we're not lowering any more from the price and literally turned their back on me. They'll do anything to get you to come in and if they get the slightest hint that they're not going to milk you for money, they're on to the next victim.
I called to make a reservation and was told we DID NOT need a reservation to just call in the morning, and a team member would tell us when it’s a good time to come and that we should arrive early as a walk-in, and they would advise on our ride time. I called right at 10:05 am this morning and was told they are fully booked and are not accepting reservations. So, now we’re S.O.L, and all jet skiing is booked just about everywhere. Unprofessional and genuinely a service let down.
