Lehman Subaru service department has always gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of which is one of the reasons I decided to get my next car from Lehman Genesis. I met with Meshy Bitton who was very kind and informative on the vehicles Genesis has to offer. Meshy found many options for me to choose from that gave me a variety of price points. Once I found the car I wanted, Meshy said she will do her best to get within my budget and she definitely delivered on that promise. I submitted a build code for a new 2021 Genesis G70 to this dealership via the Genesis website on Monday, November 23rd. I received a standard template email response with my name, yr, make, vehicle info from Cherry-Lynn with a link to a vehicle on their lot that didn’t even have the package I wanted. I figured maybe I would get a follow up email from her or internet sales or anyone assisting me with a purchase. I never received any additional contact not even the quote and factory order information I requested. This dealership clearly doesn’t value customer service nor online sales. I wouldn’t get a car from them if they were giving it away.

Wow! From even before going in I had the chance to experience the good customer service. Helio Gusmao, the sales person, was amazing! My lease was coming to its end and he took the time to answer ALL my questions and explain the process of getting into a new lease and all my options. He did not pushing me to get into a new lease. I didnt feel I was being eaten by the sharks (Rick Case Hyundai). Stephen Fusillo, the finance guy, was also amazing! They really want to work with you, not against you! I would recommend this place 100%! Thank you guys for providing such a good customer service. This is what makes people wanting to go back and talk about it to friends and family!!
