Tourist Trap. Miami Spice 2017: the service was decent but the food was horrible. I thought this place would be more special than just a poolside restaurant but it is in fact, just a poolside restaurant meant to provide hotel patrons with a food option. I will say, our drinks were great but I went off the menu for mine. 2 stars for drinks and ambiance.

Great food, but poor service to give a quick summary. List of things that went wrong: 1. No hostess at the entrance. Waited about 4 minutes until I gave up and tried to find a bus boy or waiter to sit us. 2. Waiter never came to check on us to see how our meals came out. Ever. 3. Bus boy took my wife's plate, napkin, and flatware. Napkin and flatware was never replaced for dessert. 4. No coffee or after dinner drink was offered by waiter before dessert was brought to us. 5. Bar and food service was consistently slow. Took 15 to 20 minutes for drinks to come from bar. Restaurant had four or five tables filled max. 6. Hostess had no idea what "valet stickers" were. We were sent to the front desk who was confused as to why we were sent there. Hostess finally brought us the discount stickers only to admit she had no idea what they were for. I will not be returning.
Food was superb. Making something as simple like beets and carrots something to write home about. The true winner was the short rib dumplings!! 4 stars since dessert was good but nothing special. Service was great!
I wish I could give this restaurant ten stars. I had the pork tenderloin and it was the best meal I've ever had in my whole entire 37 years of existence! And the staff was very helpful and courteous.
Loved the decor! We walked in and it was quite a romantic setting. We were seated very quickly and the waiter was very quick to take our order. The baos were absolutely delicious and the burger, I can't describe how amazing it was! The waiter looking after us was so lovely and, being out of towners, gave us some amazing recommendations while in Miami. I would've given The Sarsaparilla Club a rating of five if the cocktails were better. Other than that, give this place a try! AMAZING!!
Oh my god this place is amazing! Food is out f this world! American dim sums concept... Happy hour from 5pm to 730pm... 5 at 5pm 6 at 6pm 7 until 730pm!!!
Tasty dim sum, and delish fried chicken. Great old fashioned, just don't be in a hurry!
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Try the duck pasta. To die!!!!
