I found the facility clean and the ladies in the registrar office polite. However, I had some hard time before I arrived there because I got injured at work and it was Friday and I did not have the required document to bring with me. Even though I spoke to a person from my school insurance and she told me that I only needed the the reference number, when I communicated this to the care facility, they told me that I needed the form. Eventually, the insurance company called FastCare and at the end, they were willing to see me. I got my ankle twisted at school ( I am a teacher) after I stepped on one of my chair wheels. Because of this, I felt and feel pain from my left ankle until my neck.However, the only part of the body which was checked was the ankle. I would like a more deep attention to this related pain. I visited the facility again today for a follow up and I informed the doctor about this pain, but I was said that we should treat the foot first. The time dedicated to me was less than 5 minutes and I really wonder if in less than 5 minutes a doctor can truly understand a patient or even figure it out what the patient is trying to communicate.

I've been using FASTCARE for 10 years and for a good reason. The reception process and staff are superb and always ready to serve. I've never waited more than 30 minutes to see a Doctor and on my last visit requiring some empathy and understanding, the remedy was prescribed and the issue is being resolved. Despite the covid pandemic, it was able to see the doctor very quickly. Please not, you need to call ahead to receive a PCR test first before seeing the doctor. Once test results are negative, you should set up an appoinment quickly.

I received such great care there. The staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Rodriguez is attentive and caring, not cold and impersonal. I am grateful for his assessment, referral, and his follow-up. Of course, in my time of need I was very concerned about my condition and Dr. Rodriguez's approach, demeanor made me feel better. It is so nice when we interact with physicians, who are not only [legitimately] highly qualified by their degrees, but when they, also, show us caring social skills! We get the best, like Dr. Rodriguez at FastCare Urgent Care, Thank you. Jane
