Worst credit union ever, the gave me 2 non payments, one was when they didnt credit the december skip a payment, another was when I deferred a payment when COVID-19 started. Then I trade my vehicle in and they give me a 10 day payoff of 10,984.40 so I trade my vehicle and get 11,000.00 for it and they tell the dealer that took my vehicle that there was a difference of 101.00 so I called them and they had no record of giving me the 10 day payoff and then told me the payoff was 11,037.00 dollars so there is a difference of only 37 dollars, not 101.00, the dealer I bought my truck from just paid the difference and now I owe them 101 dollars because sun west keeps no records of anything when I should have only been paying a difference of 37 dollars.. Watch out if you have sun west and keep all your own personal records or you will get screwed, not only all of that but because of it they put dings on my credit because they dont keep records on transactions...
