The folks behind the counter are incredible, friendly and work their tails off. Unfortunately this store is managed worse than any other store I have ever been to in my life. There's absolutely no consistency with products. Hot food consistency is so bad that there are weeks that go buy without alleged staple items like BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. Straight up, you never ever know what they are selling in any department be it hot food, chips, candy, drinks or anything else .It's so bad that it feels like walking into a second hand store or a dollar general and everything is just what the other stores had leftover. I have no idea who does the ordering here, because they never order the same thing, and some staple products will disappear for months at a time only to reappear and disappear again. I have bee frequenting circle k for 25 years now and I have NEVER seen a store this poorly run as far as product is concerned. In fact, I don't think I have seen ANY retailer this bad and I have worked in outlet malls where we get what we get. Its truly pathetic how they are wasting some of the best customer service behind the counter on a store that can't even order breakfast sandwiches right.

The clerk over charged me for an ice coffee. I pointed out that he over charged me. He said there was nothing he can do and he needs to take care of the customers behind me. I called corporate and left a message. Its been over a week with no call back. Obviously they don't care nor do they care about training their employees properly. Even though this circle k is close to me. I will go out of my way to a Quick Trip instead. They have lost a customer and if this is how they conduct business I'm sure they will lose many more.
