Great, I spoke with one of the sales agents, Tyrone, for a second hand car, brilliant guy, no pressure , gave me all the info I wanted about the car, and I asked him a lot, if he didn't know it he came back to me later with the info, kept me informed on how the servicing and getting the car ready for delivery was progressing, I chose my own date and time to pick the car up and when I did, everything was as expected. Left for the first petrol station and I drained the battery, because I forgot to press the clutch pedal when starting it , Tyrone was so kind, he didn't make me call AA , he brought a jumper pack very quickly and I was on my way back to Bristol in no time. Highly recommend them, you get a more than fair price for a very good car and avoid \Bristol prices\ . Thank you Tyrone !

I wanted to wiev a Toyota auris 1.8 hybrid, i come down from Newport 3times for an appointment. 1st appointment the vehicle battery was flat and they said they send the vehicle to auction, but after that still advertising. 2nd appointment the car was in the body shop, after 2 days they still advertising, but lovered price. 3rd appointment i payed 100 for reserved the vehicle for me. Im still here, waiting an 1.5 hour but cant view the car because the battery is flat, and can't start the car. I am luving in the UK abou 10 years, i never met a worst service like that. I dont met similar service in eastern europe! 3 times from Newport, its 6 hour and i cant see the car, hovewer I payed 100 for viewing. I never ever give negative feedback because we are humans all, but this is the worst.

Apparently Evans Halshaw Ford, Merthyr Tydfil 'serviced' this vehicle (Oil and Filter change!) 2 months ago. Apparently this oil filter is 2 months old and is leaking because of a stone chip! What about the rusty hole the oil is leaking from (Does steel rust when covered in oil!). Do they think people are that stupid?
