We needed service on our vehicle. A loaner vehicle was available and we had excellent communication from our service adviser, Donnie Hicks. Repairs were completed when expected. Their facility is beautiful, clean and a nice waiting room. They were accommodating and we loved the clean vehicle upon pick up.

Donnie is awesome!! He helped set up quote for repairs and worked with us during the entire process including constant communication. He made us feel confident that the vehicle would be repaired quickly and correctly. Kudos to the mechanic and the service department. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Tony and the rest of the Aristocrat team know how to treat their customers. We were in/out of there in just 30min: trading in existing Porsche and buying a newer model. The facilities are first class as well. Service department is also extremely well run. Just can't say enough about Aristocrat. They set a very high bar for themselves and it shows. This is the fourth car we've bought with Tony and Aristocrat and there will be more.
