We pre ordered a treadmill and elliptical on line and picked it from this location. Pick up was fast and efficient. A young lady kept us informed of wait times then two guys helped load the equipment and we were off. It was a very smooth transaction.

It is 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. I came in looking for track shoes for my daughter. I pushed the button for help and waited 10 minutes with no answer. I got up and walked around, asking customers along the way if they saw anyone that worked there; answer was no. Finally went to the cash register and saw one person checking out people and another stacking boxes. I asked this man where everyone was and if he could help me. He called several times on his mic for someone to help and it took about 10 minutes to get someone to come tell me that they don't even sell kid track shoes! Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of customer service here.

Do not shop here! We went to get new softball gear (helmet, bats, gloves, balls etc) No one works here! NO ONE! We were prepared to spend 4-500.00 , help button doesn't work much like the employees.

Every time I try to go to this location they are out of what I need. It seems like other Ducks keep things stocked was better than this one.

I was looking for an ankle brace and Don and Roger both assisted me and was able to help me find the perfect ankle brace! Their customer service and knowledge was impeccable allowing me to choose a brace that was perfect for me. Anytime I need help I will be asking for either Don or Roger and I recommend you do the same.
