Referred them to our client in temple hills. They were very happy with the timeliness and price estimate they received. They also referred this company to their realtor neighbor who need to replace 12 window in a flip project in the neighborhood. Both the glass repair company and our client was very happy by our referral. I will recommend them again

Residential window replacement... double pane window. The double pane window had one piece broken. Upon replacement the broken 1 was replaced but the old glass was not clean so now there is prominent dirt on the glass in between the windows which can't be cleaned. Have been calling the set up an appointment for 4 days and has not shown up for the appointment or return calls. This is poor quality work and does not deserve your business. I could have saved 200 by breaking out the broken glass and leaving the good pain and cleaning the window.
I called them after I had read the great reviews to schedule an appointment. However, they called me back a couple days later to reschedule the appointment unfortunately that was not going to work with my schedule so I told them to cancel the appointment. The dispatch person told me that they would go ahead and keep the original appointment. I waited for them to come and nobody ever showed up nor did I get a phone call. It’s obvious that they are not interested in my business.
The location in Temple hills is only a dispatching office and not an actual shop so don’t mind bringing any of you stuff in or shopping around. They come to you and give free quotes and do a great job overall. Tee was especially helpful.
