I have always wanted to learn self defence but had yet to find a private classes that I really enjoyed. This class I have not only extremely enjoyed but also feel like I learned something new each time I go. An amazing experience with instructors that will help you every step of the way!

Definitely a great class to go too, the instructors loving teaching it and always try to have one to one with students in class to ensure they understand the techniques.
I learned a lot of techniques. this was really a great experience. I would encourage everyone to try a class.
Been training with these guys for over a year now - very genuine instructors, amazing classmates and a nice healthy break from work!
I was hesitant at first, being a complete beginner and all. But the professionalism as well as the personalised attention given on an individual basis by the instructors were so reassuring. I didn't feel out of place at all. Their knowledge, but most importantly, their friendly approach didn't give off a superiority feeling at all. I felt completely at ease at asking any and all questions without fearing that it'll sound stupid. Definitely recommend this place and so glad that I attended before moving out to Hong Kong. Will definitely join again once i'm back in the UK!
